ICC communications

I've really enjoyed Mark Kersten's pieces on the ICC and its communications "strategy". The court is so sensitive to any criticism that it tries to avoid all contact with journalists who may hint that all isn't perfect in the world of international justice. This fear of the media allows to go largely unchallenged ridiculous assertions from those who know better (the African Union, for one) that the ICC is racist and colonialist.
