Lubanga trial stopped - again

The Thomas Lubanga trial is on hold for the second time. Same reason as before, prosecutors refusing to comply with judges' orders. Rumour has it they're going to cave in and give up the identity of so-called witness 143 but after two major delays, 18 months on trial and 5 years in custody, how fair can Lubanga's trial actually be - even if they do get going again? The defence will undoubtedly be asking for his release.
