Code of conduct for Palestinian journalists

An interesting project I worked on recently in Palestine. A Ramallah-based NGO called Civic Forum Institute teamed up with senior Palestinian journalists to develop a code of conduct for election reporting. No election date set as yet in Palestine but the principles of fair and balanced journalism apply to everyday reporting as well. Check it out here. http://www.cfip.org/sign.php

Libya media training

A video from my Danish colleague Per Vinther documenting a media training project we are working on in Libya. It follows journalists at the Roaya newspaper. They were an impressive group and Roaya looks the most likely of all the Benghazi newspapers (there were 100s after the revolution) to survive.
